BAT ROOST POTENTIAL SURVEY
A bat roost potential survey is a 'walkover' survey which entails our ecologist inspecting the site to see if there is any evidence of bats roosting in the area, or for the potential of roosting bats.
Our bat ecologists will search for evidence of bats in all the buildings and trees on site and look for ‘potential’ bat roosting – i.e., in the structure or trees. It is a criminal offence to disturb bats by entering a bat roost, internal investigations as part of a bat roost potential survey will be required to be carried out under licence.
